Hygienist roles and expectations
Typical Hygienist role and expectations at Morton Ranch Dental
This is what a typical day for Trista our current hygienist would be. She has been working with us since July 2017. She will be leaving around the end of June to the end of July. Ideally, we would have you come aboard at the end of June and partially train with Trista until she leaves. After having worked with us for nearly seven years, she’s decided to move out of Houston. We’ve had a great working relationship with her and would love to find someone similar.
We are very team oriented so please keep in mind that every will need to be helping everybody for the day to go through smoothly.
Please keep in mind that this is a typical day that Trista is able to do after having worked with use for 7 years. Some things may be missing and some things may change due to your personal working style. Since we’re a non-corporate office, there is always open communication and modifications if it serves the entire office as a whole.
