Hi. I’m Dr Mike – the owner of Morton Ranch Dental. I opened this office in September 2016. I opened this office because I wanted to offer quality dentistry to patients, but I also wanted to make a comfortable work environment for my staff. When it comes to the office, patients come first, staff second, and profits third.

How Morton Ranch Dental is different:

1. We are privately owned and operated – meaning there’s no corporate BS to deal with.
   • Any issues that arise are directly dealt Dr Mike or the manager, Ashile.
   • No pressure from corporate to overtreat and meet monthly goals.
   • Office culture that’s been organically formed with the existing long term staff.
2. Dr Mike graduated from dental school in 2012 has been contiguously practicing here since 2016.
   • Dr. Mike has now over 12 years of experience as a dentist and 8 years as a practice owner as of Sept 2024. No having to deal with inexperienced fresh out of school dentists or dentists who don’t care for the patients.
3. Flexibility to grow
   • We’ve had many employees who have left and are currently here who have grown tremendously personally and professionally.
   • For example, our manager Ashile started out as a dental assistant 2 years ago.
   • Another example, our assistant Nancy, recently got accepted into Hygiene school. She started with us 3 years ago as a new grad. We are excited to see her return as a hygienist after 2 years 🙂
4. Here for the long run
   • Dr. Mike plans to keep and work in this office as long as he possibly can. He has no intentions of selling the office or leaving.

5. Transparent about compensation
   • We have a clear rubric on this website which shows your pay scale depending on your abilities.
   • If staff works overtime, staff will be compensated that overtime.
